STAINLESS STEEL HANGER BOLT ASSEMBLY FOR ROOF MOUNTED SOLAR PANELS

This complete, height-adjustable assembly is designed for roof mounted solar panels and is also suitable for other outdoor applications such as fence, pergola or playground construction. The assembly includes the following components:

1 Hex Socket Drive Stainless Steel Hanger Bolt

Hanger bolts have machine threading on one end and wood/lag tapping screw threading on the other. A2 stainless steel is often used in damp or wet environments and offers corrosion resistance.

3 Serrated Flange Nuts (DIN 6923)

The serrations on the bottom of this flange nut provide a locking action, digging into the parent material when tightened down and able to withstand extreme vibrations without loosening. A2 stainless steel is often used in damp or wet environments and offers corrosion resistance.

1 EPDM Sealing Disc

Durable rubber gasket provides resistance to heat/weather and creates a waterproof seal at the hanger bolt installation.

This assembly is designed for mounting rails to hold solar/photovoltaic panels and is installed by drilling directly into the roof truss. This assembly is suitable for corrugated roofs and no specialized installation tools are required. Use silicon and flush to prevent future leaks.
