We all know that wallboard nails (drywall nails) need to be phosphated, unlike other self-tapping screws. In order to standardize the operation of the screw phosphating process and avoid the quality failure caused by the operation error, our screw has the following operation procedures, and we hope that the operator can comply.

1. Put the screw into the hydrochloric acid tank and pickle the surface of the activation screw;

2. Put the screws into the water bucket and wash the Barros;

3. Put the cleaned screws into the blackening tank and carry out blackening treatment (the surface becomes black, and it is not necessary to fade). The blackening tank is configured as: 5% black liquor plus 3% hydrochloric acid 5% plus 90% normal temperature water;

4. Put the screws into the water bucket and clean the screws;

5. Place the cleaned screws into the metering tank for surface conditioning. Table configuration: 2% of the table preparation with normal temperature water (PH>8);

6. Place the calibrated screws into the phosphating tank for phosphating. Phosphate configuration: 9% phosphating solution plus water 90%, heated 90 degrees dip for 5-10min, the surface of the screw can be phosphatized evenly;

7. Put the screw into the water bucket and clean the screw;

8. Put the cleaned screws into the dry bucket and dry the screws;

The final step is to put the dried screws into a bucket containing anti-rust oil, soak it, and soak it evenly.
